RASPUTIN! (100% Preshrunk Cotton, Tie-Dye T-Shirt, Crystal Blue)

Apart from the Imperial couple, people from the top to the bottom levels of society believed the Motherland would be much better off if "The Mad Monk" Rasputin was dead.

1. Stabbed in the stomach with a dagger!

In 1914, a beggar woman whose face was concealed by a black kerchief drew near to him. Expecting nothing out of the ordinary, he thought nothing of it, until she produced a dagger and stabbed him in the stomach. Rasputin got away, and recovered after more than six weeks in a hospital.

2. Poisoned with potassium-cyanide laced pastries and wine!

Two years later, Felix Yusupov, husband of the Tsar’s only niece, together with Grand Duke Dmitri Pavlovich, Vladimir Purishkevich and others conspired to murder him with poison. That winter, Felix befriended and lured Rasputin to his palace with the promise of sex with his wife. He then served Rasputin enough cyanide to outright kill anyone. And yet, while death isn’t always immediate, large doses quickly affect the heart and brain, causing sudden collapse, seizure or coma. This did not happen! And he happily kept eating the potassium-cyanide laced pastries and wine.

3. Shot in the chest!

In dismay, Felix makes an excuse to leave the room to discuss the situation with his co-conspirators. Felix returns with Dmitri’s revolver, and at close range, shoots Rasputin, the bullet entering his stomach and liver. Rasputin falls still to the ground, so Felix and his co-conspirators celebrate until later that night so they can dump the body in secret.

When the coast is finally clear, Felix goes to the body, only to find Rasputin alive. Rasputin then tried to escape.

4. Shot in the brain… and spine!

Vladimir chased Rasputin and shot at him while he ran across the palace courtyard. The first two bullets missed, but the next one got Rasputin in the back, entering his right kidney and lodging in his side. The fourth bullet entered Rasputin's head... and yet he is still alive and, albeit crawling, continues to try and escape.

5. Kicked in the head!

Vladimir caught up to him, and delivered a hard kick to his right eye. The conspirators then tied up Rasputin’s body, rolled it in a rug and dumped it in an unfrozen section of the Malaya Nevka River. When found by authorities, Rasputin's hands were frozen near his face, and looked as though he were trying to loosen the rope arouind his neck.
