Availability, Shipping, & Taxes

Most of our products are made to order. We are partnered with several manufacturers and suppliers; so multi item orders may ship in multiple packages.

All orders are processed by us within 48 hours. Manufacturing and shipping times will vary. We utilize three different product types the manufacturing techniques of which determine how long before orders are shipped.

1. Print on Demand, Customization, & Personalization

An existing product is embellished, customized, or personalized after your order is placed, and is usually shipped within 3 business days, although please allow up to 2 weeks.

2. Cut and Sew On Demand

Our manufacturing partners print our design onto fabric before cutting out the pattern and sewing the pieces together. Please allow up to 4 weeks.

3. Ready to Ship

We carry a small selection of items that are ready to be shipped directly from a manufacturer’s/supplier’s warehouse. In stock items will generally ship 1-2 business days after we process your order. Please check item listing more more details, if available.

Shipping Within the US

After we send your tracking number(s) to you, your item(s) is(are) likely to arrive in 3-5 business days; although, arrival times are approximate, not guaranteed.

Shipping Internationally

We ask you to allow for at least 2 weeks from the day we send your tracking number(s) to you; although, arrival times are approximate not guaranteed.

Due to the unique nature of certain items, please be patient and allow between 2 to 4 weeks for arrival; this note is also found on the pages of these items.

Taxes

We are located in California, so we must collect CA sales tax on items shipped in-state.

Customers outside of the US are responsible for paying all their own import duties, fees and taxes upon delivery. Contact your local postal service for details.
