Availability, Shipping, & Taxes

Most of our products are made to order. We partner with several manufacturers and suppliers, so multi-item orders may arrive in multiple packages.

All orders are processed by us within 48 hours. Manufacturing and shipping times vary depending on the type of product and how it is produced.

1. Print on Demand, Customization, & Personalization
An existing product is embellished, customized, or personalized after your order is placed. These items usually ship within 3 business days, although some may take up to 2 weeks.

2. Cut and Sew On Demand
Our manufacturing partners print our designs onto fabric before cutting and sewing the pieces together. Please allow up to 4 weeks before shipment.

3. Ready to Ship
We carry a small selection of items that are ready to ship directly from a manufacturer’s or supplier’s warehouse. In-stock items generally ship within 1–2 business days after we process your order. Check the individual product listing for additional details when available.

Shipping Within the US
After we send your tracking number(s), orders generally arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping
Please allow at least 2 weeks from the date we send your tracking number(s). International delivery times vary and are not guaranteed.

Please Note
Due to the unique nature of certain items, some products may require 2–4 weeks for delivery. Longer fulfillment times are also noted on applicable product pages.

Taxes
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the order and destination. Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, or other charges that may apply to their order.

International Duties & Import Fees
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges assessed by their country. Contact your local customs or postal authority for additional information.
