RETURNS... Refunds & Replacements

We have a 20-day Return Policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your proof of purchase.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us at contact@darksidewear.com with the subject line "Return Request". Include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and whether you would prefer a refund or replacement.

Please note: If the same particular issue affects multiple identical items, please include a photo showing all affected items together when possible.

Refunds and Replacements: If your return is approved, we will send you instructions for returning the item and, when applicable, a return shipping label. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the result. If approved, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, depending on the resolution agreed upon.

Please remember that your bank or credit-card company may require additional time to process and post a refund.

Incorrect Size, Color, Address, or Change of Mind
Please review product options and shipping information carefully before placing your order. Because many DarkSideWear products are made to order, customized, or produced specifically for your purchase, we generally cannot provide refunds or replacements for orders placed with an incorrect size, color, or shipping address, or simply because you changed your mind.

This does not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrect items, or any rights you may have under applicable law.
