RETURNS... Refunds & Replacements
We have a 20-day Return Policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your proof of purchase.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and send us a "Return Request" email with an attached photo if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right; please include in your email... your order #, and whether you'd prefer a refund or a replacement.
Please note: If there’s an issue affecting multiple identical products that use the same design, a photo of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
Refunds and Replacements: If… after we receive your "Return Request" email… your return is approved... we will email you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. After we receive your return, we will either refund you on your original payment method, or send you a replacement. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.
To start a return, send your "Return Request" email (as per the instructions above) to email@example.com. Items sent back to us without our first replying positively to a "Return Request" email will not be accepted.
Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, or simply changed your mind... darksidewear.com will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
